Rickmers-Linie appoints Greenport Shipping Agency as
new agent in UAE and Bahrain
Rickmers-Linie GmbH & Cie. KG, global specialist
for breakbulk, heavylift and project cargoes, has appointed Greenport Shipping
Agency LLC, Dubai as its new agent in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain
effective 1 October 2009. Rickmers-Linie and GAC, the previous agent in these
locations, have mutually agreed to terminate the existing agency agreements.
As of 1 October 2009, all Rickmers-Linie activities in
the UAE and Bahrain will be handled by Greenport. Point of entry for
communication with Bahrain will be the office of Greenport in Dubai.
